OTA毎に売り止め（在庫を調整）する方法

複数のOTAを連動されているご施設では、こちらのページで解説する方法で、以下のような設定が可能です。

  • 特定OTAだけを売り止め
  • 特定OTAの在庫数を限定

※Beds24カレンダー上でBlackout（売り止め）や在庫の調整をすると、全てのOTAに反映されます。

※じゃらん・楽天・Yahoo!トラベル(一休)は、OTA毎の売り止めができません。カレンダーごと売り止めにしていただくか、OTA側の管理画面で非公開にしてください。

特定OTAだけ売り止めする方法

1.設定 > すべてのOTA > OTAの在庫　を開きます。

2.在庫を0に設定するOTAの在庫数をクリックします。

3.ポップアップ内で、在庫を0にして期間を指定し、セーブします。

以上で、特定OTAだけ、売り止めの設定が完了です。

以下画像の設定の場合、Vacation STAYのみ予約が入ることはありません。

設定後は、設定 > すべてのOTA > 該当OTAのページで、「アップデート」ボタンを押してください。

Beds24の設定が即座にOTAに反映されます。

注意点

楽天トラベル、じゃらん、一休.com、Yahooトラベル、自社HPについてはこちらの設定ができません。

Beds24カレンダーでBlackout（売り止め）していただくか、各OTAの管理画面で販売停止にしていただくようお願いします。

特定OTAの在庫数を限定する方法

1.設定 > すべてのOTA > OTAの在庫　を開きます。

2.在庫数を調整するOTAの在庫数をクリックします。

3.ポップアップ内で、在庫数を指定して期間を指定し、セーブします。
※複数OTAに適応させる場合は『複数部屋に適用』から該当OTAにチェックを入れます。

以上で、特定OTAだけ、在庫数の調整が完了です。

以下画像の設定の場合、表示された各OTAからは、それぞれ最大で2組までしか予約が入ることはありません。

自社HPからの予約を優先して受け付けたい時などに役立ちます。

注意点1

楽天トラベル、じゃらん、一休.com、Yahooトラベル、自社HPについてはこちらの設定はできません。

注意点2

上記は、OTAの在庫数（＝最大予約数）を限定する方法です。

一度に予約できる室数を限定する方法ではありません。

例）Booking.comで一度に予約できる室数を3室までに限定し、最大で8室まで予約を受け付ける
→Booking.comの在庫数を3に設定し、Beds24の在庫数は8に設定します。『OTAの在庫』ページで調整する必要はありません。

For facilities that have multiple OTAs linked, the following settings can be made using the method explained on this page.

Stop selling only specific OTAs
Limit the number of specific OTAs in stock

*When you make a Blackout or inventory adjustment on the Beds24 calendar, it will be reflected on all OTAs.

 

Notes:

This setting is not valid for Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Ichiyo.com, Yahoo Travel, and Beds24 booking engine.

Please Blackout your reservation in the Beds24 calendar or stop sales on each OTA’s management screen.

How to stop selling only some OTAs

  1. Settings > Channel Manager > Channel Inventory
  2. Click on the OTA for which you want to set the number of inventory to “0”.
  3. Set the inventory to 0, specify the period, and save.

After setting up, go to Settings > Channel Manager
and press the “Update” button for the appropriate OTA.

Press the Update button and the Beds24 settings will be immediately reflected in the OTA.

For example, in the following image only Vacation Stay has 0 inventory, and only Vacation Stay is not sold.
