2011年、バックパッカーとして世界50カ国をまわり、その旅魅力の虜になる。この経験を通して旅行に関わる仕事をしようと決意。そこで同じ分野で起業をしたい仲間と出会いWeInsを立ち上げる。宅地建物取引士試験合格。TOEIC915点。TOEFL90点。

大手メーカーでの二年間の営業を経て、早稲田大学ビジネススクールに入学。そこで現在の長坂、ワヒュー、大滝教授と運命的な出会いを果たす。 趣味は、日本人、外国人問わず、酒を飲み交わすこと。
CTO: ワヒュー グルフ ウィジャヤ
インドネシア出身。シンガポールの高校を卒業後、アメリカのパデュー大学でコンピューター全般を専攻。卒業後シリコンバレーのIT企業にプログラマーとして従事。日本文化に惹かれて2010年に来日。早稲田大学でメンバーと出会い現在に至る。英語、インドネシア語、日本語に堪能。
顧問: 大滝 令嗣 教授
1995年にマーサー・ジャパン株式会社の社長に就任し、2000年からは同社の会長兼アジア地域代表。
その後、2005年にはヘイ・コンサルティング・グループにおいてアジア地域代表を務め、2008年にエーオン・ヒューイット・ジャパン株式会社の社長に就任。
翌2009年からは同社の会長に就き、グローバル人事・組織コンサルティングの第一人者として企業の変革を牽引。
アカデミアの分野では、早稲田大学大学院経営管理研究科（早稲田ビジネススクール）で長年教授を務め、現在は名誉教授。
現在は、学校法人鉄蕉館の理事長、亀田医療大学の特任教授、株式会社シフトビジョン会長など、多方面で教育・医療・ビジネスの発展に寄与しながら、組織開発とリーダー育成の実践と研究を継続。

目指す世界は、「 宿泊業界の掃除以外の業務を、100%自動化すること」
CEOの長坂は海外の安宿を泊まる旅が好きで、バックパッカー向けの宿を2015年に開業しました。
しかし仲間と始めた宿の日常業務が大変でした。
そこで創業者の長坂、ワヒュー、木村が楽をする為に宿業務を効率化するアプリ「Beds24」を自社宿の為に開発しました。

CEO: Sohta Nagasaka
In 2011, as a backpacker, Sohta Nagasaka traveled to 50 countries around the world, becoming captivated by the allure of travel.
This experience inspired him to pursue a career related to travel.
Meeting like-minded individuals interested in founding a business in the same field, he established WeIns.
COO: Rina Kimura
After two years in sales at a major manufacturer, Rina Kimura enrolled in the Waseda University Business School in Japan.
There, she met her future colleagues, Sohta Nagasaka and Wahyu Guruh Widjaja, and Professor Ohtaki, in what she describes as a fateful encounter.
Her hobbies include enjoying drinks with both Japanese and international friends.
CTO: Wahyu Guruh Widjaja
Originally from Indonesia, Wahyu Guruh Widjaja graduated from a high school in Singapore before majoring in computer science at Purdue University in the United States.
After graduating, he worked as a programmer in Silicon Valley.
Attracted by Japanese culture, he moved to Japan in 2010 and met the other team members at Waseda University.
He is fluent in English, Indonesian, and Japanese.
Advisor: Professor Reiji Ohtaki
He was appointed President of Mercer Japan in 1995 and became Chairman and Asia Regional Representative in 2000.
In 2005, he served as Asia Regional Representative at Hay Consulting Group, and in 2008, he was appointed President of Aon Hewitt Japan.
The following year, in 2009, he became Chairman of the firm, leading corporate transformation as a leading expert in global human resources and organizational consulting.
In academia, he served for many years as a Professor at the Waseda University Graduate School of Business and Finance (Waseda Business School) and is currently Professor Emeritus.
He now continues to contribute to the advancement of education, healthcare, and business through multiple roles, including Chairman of the Tesshokan Educational Foundation, Visiting Professor at Kameda University of Health Sciences, and Chairman of Shift Vision Inc., while remaining actively engaged in the practice and research of organizational development and leadership development.
Our vision for the world
The world we aim for is to “automate 100% of the tasks in the accommodation industry, excluding cleaning.”
CEO Sohta Nagasaka, who enjoys staying in budget accommodations during his travels abroad, opened a hostel aimed at backpackers in 2015.
However, the daily operations at the hostel he started with his friends were challenging.
To make things easier, founders Sohta Nagasaka, Wahyu Guruh Widjaja, and Rina Kimura developed the “Beds24” app to streamline operations at their own hostel.
