New Control Panel

We have done significant upgrades to the control panel. The responsive design is optimised for tablets, so you can get your work done from wherever you are.

New Features include:

  • Dashboard for a quick overview
  • More reports
  • Auto e-mails
  • Fully customisable invoices
  • Guest management
  • More booking channels

Both systems will keep running but future development will be done in the new system only.

To change between systems:

  • In the old control panel go to ADMIN -> OWNER and change the setting to "New control panel" then SAVE
  • In the new control panel go to SETTINGS-> ACCOUNT -> PREFERENCES and change the setting to "Old control panel" then SAVE

All your bookings, rates and general account information will be automatically available in both systems.

This help page and the Setup Wizards are an easy way to get familiar with the functionalities.

New Booking Page

The new responsive booking page has a new design and new features:

  • Responsive mobile friendly design
  • Option to book multiple rooms
  • Option to display multiple prices & packages, a map, features, picture galleries and more
  • Accept online payments
  • Improved language functions
  • Fully customisable confirmations
  • Option to allow guests to view and cancel bookings

New Control Panel & New Booking Page

Using the new booking page involves setting it up again. We know this causes extra work but we think it is worth it.

You could use the new booking page as it is by default but you probably want to customise colours and add descriptions and/or pictures or use a new feature (maps, features list). Go to SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE. The Setup Wizards guides you through the setup process. There is context sensitive help with each setting and information on this support wiki.

 ! All changes will apply immediately to your booking page. To avoid problems we recommend setting up a test property first for testing before your change your live booking page. !


The messaging system works different. Customisations done in the old system will not be available. The default includes the essential booking details and will be displayed and sent to the guest automatically. If you want to customise the default you can do this in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT -> CONFIRMATION MESSAGES.

  • Once you are ready to start using the new booking page go to SETTINGS -> ORIGINAL BOOKING PAGE and set Booking Page to "New Booking Page".
  • If you have embedded the booking page as an Iframe into your website it will update automatically
  • If you have links to your booking page or use a booking widget they will automatically open the booking page you selected

New Control Panel & Old Booking Page

If you prefer you can keep your booking page and use the new control panel for administration. If you need to make changes to your booking page just switch to the old control panel.
