This page explains how to mark bookings
Each booking can be flagged with a short phrase and colour. Select this with the FLAG setting when editing the booking. Either select from the preset list or enter the phrase and colour manually.
You can define your own FLAG phrases and colour at SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT -> PREFERENCES -> Booking Flag Text Presets
You can set up Auto Action to be triggered by certain flag texts in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT->AUTO ACTIONS.
In REPORTS->CUSTOM REPORTS you can create custom reports which include the flag texts.
Note: Flags rank higher than status colors for the statuses "New", "Confirmed", "Request", "Cancelled". Therefore status changes can not override flag colors. If required you can set up Auto Actions to set a flag for example for "Cancelled" bookings.
