Set to "Enable" to acitvate this invoicee. "Enable with Booking Page" will enable a booking page parameter for the invoicee.

「はい」に設定すると、この請求書の取得が可能になります。「Yes with Booking Page 」を選択すると、請求書の予約ページパラメータが有効になります。
