This sets the minimum booking period for this room at all times.

If you set the Minimum Stay here this can not be lowered with any other setting, (Rates/Daily Prices/Calendar)

Set you base Minimum Stay (the lowest you ever allow) here and increase your minimum stay, say for a special weekend/period, in (Rates/Daily Prices/Calendar)

The hierarchy order :

1) Room Setup

2) Rates/Daily Prices

3) Calendar

この部屋の最低宿泊日数を設定します。

ここで最低宿泊日数を設定すると、他の設定（レートや日別料金、カレンダー）で最低宿泊日数を下げることはできません。

逆に、ここで基本となる最低宿泊日数を設定し、特別な週末や期間などに最低宿泊日数を増やす場合は、(レートや日別料金、カレンダー)で設定します。
