Show an enquiry form for the guest to send an enquiry when an online booking is not possible.
The enquiry form will only be available between the start and end dates of this rate.
The enquiry form will only be available if no price can be found but the room is not fully booked.
The enquiry form will only be shown for booking lengths between the room minimum booking length and room maximum booking length settings.
