With this setting you set the values to appear in the booking invoice.

• "All charges and actual payment" imports all charges, fees and taxes separately. The host fee is imported as a negative charge so the balance is the expected payout amount. A payment can be imported based on the "Channel Collect Payments" setting and will be set initially to zero and will update to show the amount paid when Airbnb make the payment.

• "Booking amount" imports what the guest paid on Airbnb as the charge. A cleaning fee if applicable will be shown as a separate charge. A payment can be imported based on the channel collect invoice rules and will be set immediately to the expected payout amount.

• "Booking amount and payment" imports what the guest paid on Airbnb as the charge. A cleaning fee if applicable will be shown as a separate charge. A payment will be imported of the same value as the charges. This payment is always created and ignores the "Channel Collect Payments" setting .

• "Expected payout amount" imports the payout amount expected from Airbnb as the charge. Cleaning and other fees are not shown separately. A payment can be imported based on the "Channel collect Invoice Rule" set above and will be set immediately to the expected payout amount.

• "Expected payout amount and actual payment" imports the payout amount you get from Airbnb as the charge. Cleaning and other fees are not shown separately. A payment can be imported based on the "Channel Collect Payments" setting and will be set initially to zero and will update to show the amount paid when Airbnb make the payment.
