Setting/automailsendrule

Select the trigger event for sending the email. This setting works with the Trigger Time and Trigger Window settings to determine when the action will trigger.

• "After Booking" will trigger within the selected trigger time and time window after the booking was made regardless if the guest has already checked-in at that date.
• "Booking to Checkin" will trigger within the selected trigger time and time window after the booking was made until check-in (not after check-in).

Note Check-in requires a negative Trigger Time to set the trigger time before check-in. A positive Trigger Time will trigger that long after check-in.

Auto Actionを発動させるトリガーイベントを選択します。 この設定は、トリガー時間とタイムウィンドウの設定と連動して、アクションがいつトリガーされるかを決定します。

「予約」 ゲストがその日にすでにチェックインしているかどうかにかかわらず、予約が行われた後、選択されたトリガー時間と時間ウィンドウ内でトリガーされます。

「予約(チェックイン後はトリガーしない)」 予約が行われた後、チェックインまでの選択されたトリガー時間と時間枠内でトリガーされます（チェックイン後はトリガーされません）。

「チェックイン」、「チェックアウト」 チェックインまたはチェックアウト前のトリガー時間を設定するために、負（マイナス）のトリガー時間を指定します。正（プラス）のトリガ時間は、チェックインまたはチェックアウト後にトリガーを発生させます。
