デフォルトでは、設定 > プロパティ > 予約ルールで設定したポリシーが使用されます。キャンセルを許可する場合は、お客様にリンクを送信して、お客様に連絡せずにシステム経由でキャンセルできるようにすることができます。変数[CANCELURL]をEメールの確認メッセージに含めてください。
