Room=total bookings in room up to room qty. Meaning the room availability is based on the room only.

Property=total bookings in room up to room qty AND total bookings in property up to total rooms in property. Meaning the room will be closed if the number of bookings in all rooms in the property is greater or equal to the total number of rooms in the property. This could occur because of an overbooking in a different room. Rooms with "Include in reporting" = NO are not included in the calculation of property availability.

「ルーム」：予約の合計＝該当の部屋タイプの在庫数 となります。つまり、部屋の空き状況は部屋タイプのみに基づいています。

「プロパティ」=予約の合計＝該当の部屋タイプ、そしてプロパティ全体の部屋タイプの在庫数 となります。 つまり、物件内のすべての部屋の予約数合計が、物件内の最大在庫数以上の場合に、部屋がブロックされることを意味しています。これは、別の部屋でオーバーブッキングが発生した場合に起こります。 ただし、「レポートに含める」＝「いいえ」となっている部屋は、物件の空室状況の計算には含まれません。
