You define the these under SETTINGS -&gt; PROPERTIES -&gt; BOOKING RULES<br /> <br /> Deposit Amount to Collect 1/ Deposit Amount to Collect 1: Set the amount of deposit to collect immediately to your account. <br /> <br /> Select a percentage of the total booking or the value of the first night. If you collect the value of the first night the system will compare it to the total amount. It will apply the lowest value of the two as deposit payment.<br /> <br /> Alternatively set a fixed amount to collect. If you set both a fixed amount and a percentage, they will be added together when calculating the deposit amount.</div>
