This setting defines the order rooms are displayed on the booking page.

* show the rooms as per the sell priority setting.
* show available rooms by sell priority and unavailable rooms at the bottom.
* show available rooms by increasing or decreasing price order and unavailable rooms at the bottom
* hide unavailable rooms.
