*Go to APPS ->API SETTINGS and enable the API access. For instructions how to do this see the Kashflow help.

*Enter your Kashflow username and password for API access
*Enable the rooms for which you want to send bookings to Kashflow

== Use ==
The connection works by matching the invoice number in Beds24 with the invoice number in Kashflow.

If the invoice number is already used Kashflow will assign the next available number. In this case the invoice number in Beds24 will change to the number Kashflow assigned so the numbers stay synchronised.

=== Sending Invoice Data===
1 From the dashboard: Add the component "Kashflow" to your dashboard. You can then then tick "Send" to send the booking invoice to Kashflow.

2. From the booking: Open the booking. Once you have assigned an invoice number you will see "Send to Kashflow" button on the "Invoice" tab.

Note: If you are using the old version of the dashboard click on the "Try it" link. If you want to change back to the old version click on the hamburger menu and then on "Original Dashboard".

=== Currency and Conversion===

Values will be sent to Kashflow in the currency specified in the Kashflow currency setting.

A multiplier can be specified to adjust the values, template variables such as [CONVERT:USD-EUR] can also be used as the multiplier.

The default multiplier is 1.000 which makes no adjustment to the prices.

=== Delete Invoices===
Invoices can only be deleted within Kashflow.

Whitelist this IP in your Kashflow account or set it to allow any IP.

== Disconnect ==
Disable the rooms for which you do not want to send invoice information to Kashflow.
