Price and calendar updates are instant through the API. Bookings are imported via Ical.<br />
===Export Inventory and Prices to 9Flats===<br />
You need an API key from 9Flats. To request your API key log into your 9Flats account and go to this link: https://www.9flats.com/client_applications. When you are granted API access 9Flats will give you a Client ID.<br />

We can only export a room price. If required you can set an extra person price directly in 9Flats.<br />

*Enter your 9Flats Key into the field "API Key".<br />
*Enter your 9Flats place ID in the field "Place ID".<br />
*Map your rooms by entering the 9Flats Place Id into the field for the corresponding Beds24 room.<br />
*Tick the Inventory and Prices checkboxes to make your Beds24 availability calendar available to 9flats and save.<br />

If you are using this method you can ignore the "Import Calendar (Inventory)". If you are upgrading the connection from the previous Ical connection delete the Beds24 calendar URL from My Places -> Calendar in your 9Flats account.<br />
<br />
Prices can have a multiplier applied to prices if the 9Flats currency is different to the Beds24 currency.<br />
<br />
The multiplier is defined by adding a "*" symbol followed by the multiplier to the Place ID, for example 123456*1.234 means the Place ID is 123456 and the price multiplier is 1.234.<br />

To import bookings tick the Bookings check box and save.<br />
*Log into 9flats and go to My Places -> Calendar. Scroll down to "Export 9flats Calendar"<br />
