Set whether this API key should be able to write data or be limited to read only access.

If it is not allowed to write data, the API key will be able to read data via API but not access functions which allow changes to data.

このAPIキーでデータの書き込みを許可するか、読み取りのみのアクセスに限定するかを設定します。

データの書き込みを許可しない場合、そのAPIキーはデータを読み取ることはできますが、データの変更を可能にする機能にはアクセスできません。
