Set which requirement you have about guests who book.
- everyone / blank - all guests can book instantly.
- experienced - only guests who booked previously with Airbnb can book instantly.
- government id - only guests who provide a govenment ID can book instantly.
- experienced guests with government id - only guests who booked previously with Airbnb and provide a govenment ID can book instantly.
